Teams & Schools

Workshops that teams actually use

Interactive mental performance workshops and season-long programs for teams, clubs, schools and coaching staff. Practical, hands-on, and built for the age and sport in front of me , not a lecture with slides.

Workshop topics

  • Confidence and self-talk
  • Focus and attention under pressure
  • Managing competition nerves as a team
  • Bouncing back from mistakes mid-game
  • Resilience through a long season
  • Communication and team culture
  • Goal setting that survives February
  • Mental health literacy for athletes and staff

Formats

Single workshop (60–90 min)

One topic, hands-on activities, take-home tools. Great for pre-season or a mid-season reset.

Season-long program

Four to eight sessions mapped to your season, so skills get introduced, practised and revisited when they matter.

Coach and staff sessions

How to build a culture where athletes can perform and speak up , plus what to do when an athlete is struggling.

Parent nights

Bring the parent group into the same language as the athletes and coaches.

Who I've worked with

More than 13 years running programs for youth through sport, including founding Sole Girls, plus work with clubs, schools and community organisations across British Columbia. Sessions run in person around the Okanagan and virtually anywhere in Canada and the US.

Booking

Tell me your sport, age group, group size, and what your season looks like, and I'll come back with a proposal and pricing. Choose "Team/School Workshop" on the contact form to start.

A team that knows how to reset after a mistake plays differently in the third period. So does a team that knows it's safe to say something is wrong.
